“I visited Cezala Hair Salon today for my first ever extensions.having always had thin hair, I've wanted this done for a long time but never found the right place until now! The team our all lovely, friendly, and welcoming , I felt like I'd been going there for years . Want to say a massive thank you to Ellie, who did my extensions . I can't thank you enough! I felt amazing walking out of the salon and, for once, Feel like have beautiful hair, something I thought I would never have. the extensions are so comfortable that I can't even feel them in, Ellie also cut and curled my hair beautifully . “I cannot recall how I found Debbie and her business, think it may have been on here, or Chat GPT. However what a FIND. From the first communication Debbie personified what 'customer service' is all about, and what a treat that is these days. Was on the look out for Ma, her hair is lovely but thinning - Debbie slotted us in for a consultation at a convenient time...however it didn't stop there. Before we had even been in to see her she was sending through 'ideas' to help and to make the overall experience as productive as possible. Easy to find the place, the exterior does not do the business justice, let me tell you...bustling with people inside and on the phone. As it turned out Ma wasn't in need of what I had thought (hardly a professional after all me), and so the consultation was over relatively quickly and Debbie provided some top tips for her. She only charged a tiny amount for her time, and a product we got. NOT ONLY THAT...and this to me is the MOST important. She made my Mum feel special, told her she was gorgeous, had a laugh with her AND talked to her...not me, but Mum. Her conversation was always with my Mum and not me, she focussed all her attention on Mum. Thanks Debbie, clear to see why you have been doing what you do for years. A true gem, and Ma will be back for that blow dry x”

“My first time at Cezala, and I was blown away by how lovely everyone was, how professional, it was like sitting down with a bunch of girlfriends having a cup of tea and a laugh, but coming away feeling like a million pounds! I'm in my 40s so have to deal with greys coming through, and I had two colour super fine highlights, and a cut and blow dry. I wanted it to look natural, and the wonderful colour recommendations, mixed with the fantastic cut and blow dry - I felt like a new woman! “Visited for the first time as an "out of towner." What a warm welcome I received. This was a lovely salon, with super friendly staff and a wonderful atmosphere. Everyone treated me like family. Ellie did me a full head of highlights and a cut and blowdry. The 3 hours I was there flew by. She did a great job and I was exceptionally pleased with the result.
